来个大神给翻译一下，，，我用百度翻译的看不明白，，，， 修正如下问题：
1.修正部分未正确使用本地化语音的问题。
2.修正中文文本中“威胁”与“辩护”这两个缺失文本的问题。
3.修正创建区域时当鼠标停留在商业图标上出现不正确的工具提示的问题。
4.修正城市名称在市长选举详细视图中显示为的问题，现在应该可以正确显示城市名了（但实测似乎中文城市名依然不能正确显示）
5.修正发展云中不能正确显示合作伙伴城市解锁的工具提示的问题。
视角回转问题：
修正由额外控制器插入引起的视角回转问题。
改变：
现在，游戏教程中“添加拐角”这个步骤已经被取消了。
