消灭高延迟，需要你的力量！
由于自3月1日起的高延迟现象，导致目前APB基本上无法正常玩，所以我在此召集所有的有爱之士，参与这个消灭高延迟行动，找官方早日解决高延迟问题。消灭高延迟，需要你的力量！
我和OOO给support发过邮件，官方的回复内容很二，比如说关闭后台的下载软件，重启路由器，调制解调器，甚至是重启电脑再试。这种无意义的无聊建议让人反感，Han服务器巨大延迟的问题必须让官方重视，G1必须把Han归还给亚洲！
所以，我希望让大家一起给Support发邮件，报告自己的延迟状况。我给大家一个范文，你们只需要复制粘贴，把相关内容做一下修改即可。
我们需要向官方发出出现问题的情况，由于一些朋友是英语苦手（我也是英文盲），所以我已经让 @圈仙 帮忙翻译了一篇给官方的邮件，希望大家能够行动起来，让官方知道目前的情况，从而解决问题。
我们要做的步骤（一共3步）：
1、一般官方会需要2个文件，分别是DxDiag.txt和launcher.log文件，用压缩包弄在一起。
DxDiag.txt文件的取得方法：点击 开始->运行->输入DxDiag然后会车，会出现DX诊断工具，然后点保存所有信息->选择保存位置，保存
launcher.log的获得方法：在游戏文件夹下（位置是X:\...\APB Reloaded\Launcher）直接将launcher.log文件复制出来即可
2、查询你自己的IP地址，直接在百度里输入本机IP即可。
3、将2楼范文中的IP地址填上你自己的IP，然后把它和你的文件压缩包（作为附件）一起发给官方即可，如何发布邮件请参考 http://tieba.baidu.com/p/1440340754
下面是邮件的正文，先给出中文的含义：
1、Support技术组你好，在阅读这封信之前，我希望你们认真的看完，不要用官方的套话来敷衍我,感谢！
2、其次，以下解决方法根本无效，请不要用它来回复我：
· 重启电脑
· 请不要在玩APB时运行其他软件，尤其是P2P下载。
· 除非必要，请不要使用路由器。
· 确保你的操作系统，驱动是最新的。
· 关闭那些随时联网的软件 比如Windows更新，防火墙，杀毒软件等等。
· 设置APB运行的兼容性和符合您电脑的画面设置。
3、2012年3月1日，Han服务器突然关闭后，重新进入游戏后，我以及我所有朋友（包括其他地区和国家的朋友）的延迟都从正常的40-80ms变成了200-800ms。截至今天，问题没有得到解决，官方也没有任何公告说明什么时候解决，我们不得不在非常高的延迟下玩游戏。在游戏里，我无法驾驶汽车，无法击中敌人，甚至无法正常地行走。根据论坛的一些会员说，服务器的IP已经转移到了美国，但是作为一个亚洲服务器为什么要把服务器换到美国呢？虽然，HAN服务器的人很少，但是我不希望G1遗忘它。我们家族的一些朋友由于延迟，不得不暂时放弃APB，选择其他的游戏。我热爱这个游戏，希望G1能够尽快的处理好这个问题，不要让我们因延迟而离开。

2, The solutions below which you support team told me did not work and do not reply them anymore, appreciate.
· First reboot your router
· Do not run any other programs while playing APB (especially torrents)
· Do not use a router unless absolutely necessary
· Make sure your system is up-to-date (including chipset and network drivers)
· Disable programs that may ping the internet at anytime (Windows Update, Firewall, Antivirus, etc.)
· Adjust APB settings to adhere to your computer's capabilities
3、1st March 2012 ,after the Han server shutdown and reboot(may be maintenance or something), we logged in the game as usual but found the latency was extremely high. All of the Asian APB gaming communities reported that the latency was unusual. before March 1st, we played in a low latency(40ms-80ms) and enjoyed the APB gaming experience.However, after March 1st till now, we all are facing the EXTREMELY HIGH LATENCY above 200ms to 800ms, even over 1000ms some time in a large gunfire area.This issue was not solved yet and the authority of G1 did not respond and no notification to us.We have to play in the high ping that we cannot drive well, cannot shoot enemies even cannot move. Some of the members in G1 forums are saying that the IP address of Han server is now belong to USA.Does that mean we are playing a NA server now ?Han is a Asian server, why G1 moved Han to USA ?We all know the number of players in Han is not large as those NA and EU servers, but please do not forget us Asians love this game,do not abandon us.So many members in my clan have to leave this game and play another low ping games.I hope G1 can solve this well, do not let us leave due to the latency issue.
